The aircraft was on a routine charter flight from Peshawar to Kabul. When gears were lowered before landing at Kabul, the nose landing gear failed to extend. Emergency checklist for landing gear extension failure was followed but the gear did not extend. The aircraft was returned to Peshawar. Two touch and go landings were made on main wheels but with no success. Finally a nose wheel up landing was executed.
