The initial incident information was conveyed by Airport Manager Hyderabad. A CAA Pakistan team comprising Air Commodore Hashim Yamin, President SIB, as Investigator In-charge and Engr. Ahmed Bilal, Operations Engineer, Flight Standards Directorate as Technical Investigator, carried out the investigation. Representatives of the operator, Mis Edhi Air Ambulance, were also involved in the investigation.
