On 30ᵗʰ May 2009, PIAC Flight PK-688 ATR42-500, Reg. No. AP-BHO was scheduled to operate Flight # PK-688 from Multan to Lahore (MUX - LHE). The aircraft was piloted by 2 + 1 aircrew. During incident flight, after landing at Lahore Airport, aircraft drifted toward left and went through the green area (between both runways) passing over the centre drainage and stopped at secondary runway near taxiway 'E'. Four passengers received minor injuries and aircraft suffered with severe structural damage including the nose landing gear and the left main landing gear shock absorber collapsed. The aircraft stopped on the red left edge of 36L runway. Passengers and crew members evacuated normally.
