On 18ᵗʰ May 2011, PIAC Chartered Flight No. PK-1592, ATR 42-500 Aircraft, was scheduled from Karachi - Sehwan - Islamabad. PK-1592 took off from Karachi, and while proceeding to Sehwan, at point "Nawabshah" the flight was to turn left for Sehwan. However, it turned left but in the direction of Bhitt, and landed at wrong runway "Bhit Airfield" at 1750 hrs. Later, at 1855 hrs, the flight took off from Bhit for Sehwan, and then onwards proceeded to Islamabad.
