Cessna-150 aircraft of M/s Hybrid Aviation (Pvt) was scheduled to fly a training flight to conduct local Circuit and Landings exercise. The aircraft got airborne at 1332 hrs local with Capt Anita Qureshi as Instructor Pilot (IP) on RH seat and Under Training Pilot Waqar Asif, as Student Pilot (SP) on LH seat. The Runway in use was RWY-32. After a flight of 33 minutes at 1405 hrs aircraft reported Down Wind (D/W) for RWY-32. Later, it was known through media and telephone calls to Walton that an aircraft had crashed in H-Block of Model Town Lahore. On visit to the crash site by the Operator and GM Walton Aerodrome who recognized it to be mishap aircraft AP-BCS of Hybrid Aviation (Pvt) Cessna-150. The aircraft was completely destroyed and both the pilots received fatal injuries.
