On 19ᵗʰ March 2012, during a training flight while flying from Nawabshah to Karachi, the Captain observed engine partial power loss. The Captain planned diversion to Hyderabad for a safe landing as the aircraft was unable to sustain level flight with the available power. The aircraft made a forced landing near Super Highway, Karachi at 064° / 56 nm from JIAP, Karachi. Both the cockpit crew remained unhurt and the mishap aircraft did not sustain any apparent structural damage.
