During a flower-dropping flight near Akora Khattak, the pilot descended below the authorised altitude while conducting low-level passes over a marriage party. During the final run, the aircraft struck a telephone wire crossing its flight path, resulting in minor damage to the propeller spinner and the VHF/R/T antenna being sheared off. After carrying out a controllability check, the pilot safely returned and landed at Peshawar. Communication with ATC was not possible due to damage to the VHF antenna.
