On 18 October 2017 PIAC Flight PK-369 (Airbus A-320-200 Reg No. AP-BLV) while en-route from BBIAP Islamabad to JIAP Karachi, during cruise encountered loss of cabin pressurization and all passenger oxygen masks dropped.
