2.1. F-27 Aircraft Registration Marks AP-AUR belonging to M/s.PIAC was towed out to its Engineering Hangar area after completion of Daily Inspection of its approved Maintenance Schedule on 4.8.90 at 0317 Hrs local time in pushed backed position. The aircraft was being parked on Bay No.4 in nose out position and was to be scheduled for departure for PK-403 at 0630 hrs. This aircraft hit Cessna-441 aircraft Conquest-II Reg.Mk.AP-BCW belonging to Government of B luchistan which was already parked on Bay No.4 in nose in position at that time. The Cessna-441 aircraft arrived at Islamabad Airport at 1335 hrs local time on 3.8.90 and was night stopped. This aircraft was positioned at Islamabad Airport to pick up Chief Minister of Baluchistan on 4.8.90.
