PK-333 carried out visual cum ILS approach as the runway was visible from 15 NM, the landing weight of the aircraft was 43,500 kg. During approach the aircraft maintained glide slope and approach speed of 135 knots, on touchdown the speed was 130 knots and the touchdown took place roughly 2300 ft down the runway. V-ref from the FCOM should have been 122 knots. Approach and touch down speeds were fast. Anti-skid system and No. 2 reverser were inoperative and were covered under MEL. As the anti-skid system was inoperative, the auto brake system/and auto spoiler system were not available. Manual extension of speed brakes was available. No.I reverser was available but was not used due to wet surface of the runway and the possibility of aircraft losing directional control.
