As claimed by M/S. Raji Aviation, the aircraft was being cleaned (AP-BBX} when all of sudden fire broke out at 0340 PM on Sunday 27th September 1992, within the boundry of Raji Aviation loacated at Karachi Airport. The height of flames noticed at the site of incident was around 25 feet with black smoke.
