The Shaheen Air International Flight NL-724 was on a routine passenger flight from Riyadh to Peshawar on 16ᵗʰ October, 2015. The flight remained uneventful till landing gears were lowered prior to landing. The crew reported a loud jolt when landing gears were lowered for landing at approximately 1148 UTC. The Right Main Landing Gear (RMLG) down indication did not show up on the landing gear panel, Green hydraulic system leak ECAM came ON, followed by green hydraulic low pressure ECAM. Required actions were taken and a safe landing was made and aircraft was switched off on the runway. Post flight inspection revealed RMLG Retraction Bracket was broken, down lock actuator was over extended with internal seal protruding out and hydraulic fluid was leaking.
