After performing a banner-lifting operation at Wateji landing strip and conducting a flight over Karachi, the aircraft returned to Wateji at 1740 LT. After successfully dropping the banner, the pilot performed a series of three unauthorized low-level passes over the ground personnel at an estimated height of only 10 feet, forcing the staff to dive for safety. During the third pass, the pilot pulled the aircraft up vertically and attempted a maneuver described as a stall turn. The aircraft entered a dive from which the pilot could not recover, resulting in a vertical crash. Both crew members got fatal injuries.
