Aircraft B-707 AP-AZW was on a scheduled domestic passenger flight PK-314 from Karachi to Lahore and onward journey to Peshawar. The departure from Karachi was almost on time. The weather enroute was fair and the flight, was uneventful. Lahore weather was cloudy with some cumulonimbus clouds towards southern side with heavy rain all over the airfield and the visibility was 1 to 1.2 K.M. The aircraft followed approach procedure "ALPHA" and reported over head at 7000 ft. Captain Siraj-ul-Mulk the Captain of the aircraft was on the controls and made an I.L.S. approach and landing. On finals the aircraft broke clauds at 500 feet A.G.L. when the F/O reported "field in sight". After extendedflare a positive touchdown, spoilers, thrust reversers and full brakes were applied but the aircraft did not seem to decelerate and continued to roll. The Pilot increased the brake pressure but to no avail.
